Every month our field employees are encouraged to nominate each other to be H&P’s Employee of the Month. Employees are nominated on how proactive they are in their day-to-day tasks, the quality and consistency of their work, the ability to be a team player, and a positive attitude.

HPCI Supports Our Community
H&P Construction, Inc is a big promoter of local athletics including the athletes in the Mount Carmel Area Athletics by being scoreboard sponsors, game day sponsors and promoting their successes. We are always excited to have an opportunity to give back to our community including young students and athletes.
H&P Construction, Inc is a sponsor of the Dusting Young Racing program, a 305 Sprint Car driver out of Danville, PA that competes weekly with the PA Sprint Series. We cheer from the stands as Dustin spends his free time from HPCI Infrastructure racing around the local dirt tracks.
